Mark is not only passionate about his clients and their real estate needs, he is also passionate about the Cape.  In 1991 he drove into Provincetown for the first time.  The sand dunes cascading along Route 6 and Cape Cod Bay, the extraordinary sunsets and most importantly, the people in the community all made him feel like he was finally “coming home.”  These distinct elements only found on Cape Cod are captured in his scenic, land and waterscape photography.  The saying goes “put your money where your mouth is” and Mark is committed to doing just that.  In 2020, Mark launched the marklynettproject.com.  This project was designed to reinvest in our beloved Cape Cod community.  Mark has given you, his client, the power to direct 10% of the commissions he would otherwise collect personally to a local charity of your choice.  If you buy that home of your dreams 10% of Mark’s commission goes back into the community you both adore.  If  Mark is selling your home 10% of what you would pay him gets reinvested.  If you refer a prospective buyer or seller to Mark and ultimately a real estate transaction transpires, you as the party making the referral gets to direct the donation.
